Especially the various towns and villages – Bad Goisern, Gosau, Hallstatt, Obertraun, Bad Ischl, and the Ausseerland area – have been investing a lot of time and effort to encourage mountain bike tourism resulting in more than 1.450 km sign posted tracks!
