This year, more than 10.000 participants are expected again to tackle the five races of the Bike24-MarathonMan-Serie!  The traditional kickoff is the season opening at Lake Garda on May 2^nd. From the 13^th until the 20^th of June, the Four-Star-Hotel Sommerhof in Gosau offers a special Trophy-preparation week  including five guided bike tours. The hotel is the ideal starting point for Bike tours through the Salzkammergut as well as for great trekking tours in the Dachstein Mountain Region – it also offers for sporty parents as a special service a day care center.  The family friendly hotel has a spacious wellness area, large rooms as well as an excellent cuisine.

At the Trophy there is a special offer from July 9^th until 12^th: those who wear a Sommerhof-Jersey at the race may keep it afterwards. The entry fee is also included in this package deal.

So you tackled the Trophy with your helmet camera and your friends filmed you at the start and passing the finfish line? Your private video is lacking of helicopter-pictures, the winners’ Interviews and the most spectacular parts of the extreme course? Well, here is the good news: together with our partner Kavedo we decided to make the complete raw material from 2011 – 2014 in broadcast quality available to all Trophy participants – for free!  Just log in with the username "Teilnehmer" and pass word "Trophy” and download the material in a resolution up to 1920 x 1080 pixels. In addition sportograf.de offers personal action scenes from almost all participants for 20 Euros.

The BSZF area in Obertraun offers now a pump track – one can either train one’s body control or speed over the modular designed wave track just for fun.  The necessary initial speed it guaranteed by a small starting hill with three entry areas to the course and then it’s time to shift weight and pump hard in order to manage the course without using pedals. This facility is also ideal for clubs and teams who would like to organize training camps or courses.

The BSZF Obertraun is most idyllic embedded between Lake Hallstatt and the Dachstein at the foot of the Krippenstein and it offers a phenomenal deal regarding sports facilities including accommodation and board. Especially for participants of the 76 km distance there are some rooms from Saturday to Sunday still available.

On May 23^rd and 24^th the 12^th Wolfgangsee Challenge with eight contests will take place.

The classic competition is the  „X-Challenge“.  After 1.5 km swimming in the crystal clear water of the Wolfgangsee the participants will take the mountain bikes from Strobl along the former Ischler train tracks to Abersee from there up to the 12-er Horn. After 42 km biking including 1.550 m difference in altitude a cross country run over 15 km is waiting for the athletes. For rookies there is a relay contest, as well as a cross-triathlon with a reduced course.  For street bikers a triathlon of  Olympic- and Sprint distance, for kids and teens an Aquathlon-contest
